He guides clients through the production and examination of due diligence, production, amending the corporate governance documents to conform to the clients objectives and identifies and resolves title, permit, environmental and other matters raised in real property transactions.

In addition to the traditional real estate and business transactions, Mr. Vogel also routinely prepares and negotiates the documentation and due diligence evidencing and securing loans on behalf of national, regional and community banks, and the US Small Business Administration 7a and 504 programs.
